Cancel existing service
Please keep these things in mind when submitting your request to terminate or stop your existing service…
- Only the primary account holder can terminate the service.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process the termination request. Terminations can not be backdated.
- After we receive and process your request, we will reach out to collect any additional information and confirm the date of disconnection.
To submit your service termination request online
- Fill out and submit a service termination request form, located on your district’s page of our site.
- If you don’t know which district you are in, use the District Lookup page and use your address to look up your district.)
If you prefer to submit a paper termination request
- Download and complete a Service Termination Request Form, located on your district’s page of our site. (If you don’t know which district you are in, visit the District Lookup page and use your address to look up your district.)
- Return the completed application, along with a copy of your driver’s license, in one of the following ways:

- In person: Any of our four locations.
