Transfer your account to someone else

  • If the primary account holder is deceased, and a family member or spouse wants to set up service in their name, we require a completed application, a copy of the driver’s license, and a copy of the death certificate.
  • If the account transfer is due to divorce, we require a completed application, a copy of the driver’s license, and a copy of the divorce decree stating that the customer was awarded the property and all deposits associated with it. In this situation, the former spouse is not required to complete any paperwork.
  • If the primary account holder would like to surrender their account to a completely different person, we require a completed application, a copy of both driver’s licenses, and a completed Surrender Deposit Form.
