Customer Billing - Cypress, TX
Municipal Operations and Consulting is seeking to fill a position in the Customer Billing Department. This assignment is located in Cypress, Texas (a suburb of Houston, Texas).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Re-Read Management:
-Enter re-reads into billing software system, daily
-Follow-up on outstanding re-reads with field staff, daily
-Work tasks from Task report (Enter reads, meter change outs, etc.), daily
Meter books:
-Working monthly meter books and analyze incoming reads
-Create re-read sheets and tasks.
Cross Train as Backup Support to Daily Beacon Updates:
-Running reports in billing software and import into management software
-Investigate and create tasks
Routing and Meter Change outs:
- Assigning a route and sequence to addresses not in the meter booth
- Creating meter change out tasks per the district's requirements
Answering Phone calls:
-Logging in to help with calls for designated hour

Minimum Requirements
