EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: STAGE 3 WATERING RESTRICTIONS
We were notified by the WTCPUA that they are initiating Stage 3 water restrictions effective today due to extreme temperatures and continued high demand on the water system. The WCID is required to initiate Stage 3 restrictions when the WTCPUA does so. Stage 3 allows once per week watering between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on your designated watering day.
These restricted hours also apply to hand watering. The allowed methods of hand watering landscaped areas are with hand-held hoses, faucet-filled buckets or watering cans of five gallons or less, soaker hose or tree gator watering bags.
Watering schedule:
The District has implemented a notification system to inform residents quickly of a water, sewer, drainage, or other District related event or situation.
Residents registered for this free service will receive text and/or email notifications to inform them of situations such as water shutoffs for construction or repair, boil water notices, flood warnings, upcoming major District events such as elections or community events, etc.
