RESPONSIBILITIES
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services
– Assist walk-in customers
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Take payments by phone and in person
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Previous customer service experience with a water utility company preferred
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
