The district has completed the Lead and Copper Inventory. Through field investigation of the distribution system, it has been determined that the system has no lead service lines or galvanized requiring replacement service lines. The system has been determined as a non-lead community.
In an effort to continue providing excellent service to its residents, Rayford Road MUD is rehabilitating water lines that are over 45 years old. This work will be carried out in three phases, with the first phase expected to begin after Thanksgiving. Construction will occur within the street right of way and may result in brief periods without water for some streets in the district.
