On Monday, March 10, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Harris County MUD 213A (PWS#1013695) to issue a Boil Water Notice due to water line maintenance.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

The district has completed the Lead and Copper Inventory. Through field investigation of the distribution system, it has been determined that the system has no lead service lines or galvanized requiring replacement service lines. The system has been determined as a non-lead community.
