Due to recent news reports of persons imitating utility personnel to enter homes, Municipal Operations and Consulting, Inc. would like to educate our customers on what to expect if we do visit your home.

• First, our field staff will never enter your home for any reason.
• In addition, all field staff wear a company shirt with the company logo above the left breast pocket and will have a company ID with their picture.
• Finally, our company trucks also have our logo, similar to the one pictured.
