How do I terminate my existing service?
To terminate existing service…
- Only the primary account holder can terminate the service.
- Download, complete, and submit a service termination form. The form can be found on your district’s page of our site. (If you don’t know which district you are in, visit the District Lookup page and use your address to look up your district).
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process the termination request. Terminations can not be backdated.
After we receive and process your request, we will reach out to collect any additional information and confirm the date of disconnection.
