Make changes to account information

To protect your account, all account changes must be processed by calling our customer service team at 281-367-5511. Here’s what you’ll need when you call:

    • To add or remove a person on the account: The primary account holder must complete a new service request form and provide a copy of their driver’s license.
    • To update last name due to marriage: When you call, we’ll provide a change request form. The primary account holder must complete the form and submit a copy of their updated driver’s license and marriage certificate.
    • To update last name due to legal name change: When you call, we’ll provide a change request form. The primary account holder must complete the form and provide court documents acknowledging the change and a copy of their driver’s license.
    • To change mailing address: When you call, we’ll provide a change request form. The primary account holder must complete the form and submit a copy of their driver’s license.
